Homeowners Association - HOA for short - are private organizations that oversee the management of residential communities. HOA's establish sets of rules and regulations called bylaws and covenants for those living in the community to adhere to. (see the documents tab for said documents)

One becomes a member of OPHOA only upon purchasing or renting a home within the Oxford Park community.

As of 2024, the current HOA dues are $700.00 annually billed in quarterly increments of $175.00. (You must be current on your dues to use and/or reserve the pool and clubhouse.)

The following colors and names are ones that are “mostly, automatically approved”. Please use the Documents tab and ARC Form to formally complete your request. (Architectural Review Committee)

While we would love for you to put your personal touch on your home, there are a set of rules to follow when doing so. Certain updates to your property, like painting the exterior of your home, changing and replacing the roof and adding/building a shed in the backyard, are all improvements that require approval from the ARC.
